Welcome to Surgical Associates of Myrtle Beach
Surgical Associates of Myrtle Beach is a practice devoted to breast and general surgery. From its establishment in 1978, our practice has stood strong with the ever-growing population and continuous medical advances seen within our society. Today our physicians include Dr. George B. Nicholson, JR (joined in 1984) and Dr. Lane I. Moore (joined in 2010).
All of our physicians are active staff members at both Grand Strand Regional Medical Center and Grande Dunes Surgery Center. Dr. Moore also assists in spine surgeries at Tidelands Health Community Hospital and Conway Medical Center. For more information please see the link below.
